1. is the k4.6 engine the same as a nitro star 15 fe engine?

2. wats is the idle screw

those are two different engines. The 4.6 is a big block, the .15 FE is a small block

its the screw that comes out at an angle on the rear side of the carb (side that doesn't say HPI) on the 4.6.

On the FE, the idle set screw is right next to the throat of the carb.
