As for what to get?

I vote the XXX-NT Sport or the RC10 that you quoted in your other thread. Which I will delete for you.

Where to get?

Shop around and find the best deal you can. Use the money you save by finding the best deal for some out of the box required hopups for racing at your local track.

First do some research on what parts are readily available at your LHS. OR if you do online ordering then see what is easy to order. Next look what is easily upgradeable. Last of all... CHECK YOUR BUDGET!!.
