Hi everyone... I wonder if you can help with an issue I'm having with my nitro acme condor buggy
I brought it off a friend and has been sat for a couple of years without any use... only started her up once a while ago with him but thats it
now its mine and am a bit new to all this
I have a problem with the transmitter or reciever.. I have installed new batteries in both... checked connections etc and mad sure the car antenna is in its straw and pointing upwords... the antenna on the transmitter all look fine too but the problem still persists. ..
when I switch the car and transmitter on all is fine and works great as long as the transmitter is right next to the car... as soon as a walk a few feet away the car has a spasm... servos having a mind of there own... and a few more feet away the transmitter seems to go out of range completely... when car is turned on there is a buzzing from the reciever.. is this normal?
I need to try and sort this problem before starting the car... the crystals are the same frequency also... and sevos seem to work fine when transmitter is next to car... any ideas.. could it be the reciever... or interference of some kind
thanks for your help
Regards brian...

Hey Brian
I had a new nitro doing the same thing and i ended up replacing the reciever and transmitter and never had any dramas after that. May be worth checking out
