picking up this and a t maxx 2.5 wide friday for 100 bucks. Unknown if either of them will run but we gonna see either way can't beat this deal with a stick

well guys remember that t maxx 2.5 and ofna lx one buggy I was pickin up friday. well I got them and payed 100bucks for the two was told the motors would not run. well this guy must not kbow a whole lot about tuning hell idk. but I had them both running with some fresh fuel and about 15 mins of tinkering between the two. all that was wrong was the dude had one leaned out so far it wasn't getting any fuel went about 3 turns out on each needle and vrrooom vroom fired right up. and the other he had to much fuel going to it leaned the hsn like 4 turned and it started second pull. gotta say I'm a happy camper at the moment was gonna sell them as rollers but hell for the price I got em for I dont wanna get rid of them ill prib just fix the maxx up for my gf and I been wantin a buggy anyways

Thats freakin sweet snook i was just gonna sell the max and keep the buggy but now i may look into this a little bit more i like the look. I'm guessing all you gotta do is put the arms an max shafts and shocks from what?

It’s basically just the TMaxx front and rear ends (complete) mounted on the Ofna chassis. You use the center diff and a coupe dogbones for the center shafts to connect the diffs to the center diff and that’s it
You have to make a couple custom braces and plates but nothing too difficult. It makes for a good handling Mutant Maxx type build.

Just an idea for you to kick around.

let me know if your selling the maxx :)

If i decide to sell it i will i may just build my own front and rear clip from spares and ebay to use on the ofna i got a few spare parts layin around collectin dust and wouldnt mind puttin rpm arms and all into the build.

updates on used rc

Your right, that is a deal that can't be beat with a stick! Great snag on those.
