Rc car motor has power but the motor not spinning

My motor stopped working after a long time of not playing with the car. When I turned it on again the motor stopped working. I tested the motor if any power is getting outputted to motor and when I tested it the car put out power to the motor but the motor did not spin. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it or do I have to buy another motor?

Brushed or brushless?. 2 or 3 wires to motor?. could be a frozen bearing .I use Zmaz its a micro lube can find anything smaller than a quart bottle.. any good oil will work..could also be many other things.

It is a brushed motor.

could be a stuck brush. check brush springs then slightly pull on brush contact wire and push truck on a hard surface.id pull motor and look at bearing or bushing... brushes com so on and do the DD battery test
