My friend has a set of head and tail lights for his rc car. I was wondering where to find this particular type, I couldn't find it anywhere but ebay. There are 4 headlights(2 white, 2blue) and one set of tail lights. Thank you.

www.RamrcandRamtrack.com sells "Ultra brite LED lights" (I got the info from a Rc Car action magazine) says they run between $24.99- $39.99. Can I ask why yad want lights? Just curious.

E BAY...... I got a buch off of ebay, they are awsome. wish I could remember the name for ya, I got them a few months ago. I use them on my rc18t to race at night. the track is lit up but it still helps with the leds. i also have a set of curtek lights for my planes t\it has all sorts of colors and flshing lights I think the curtek ones are about 50.00 but you get 8 leds in all.

No I just meant are they for looks or people actually use them to see. Like are they bright enough

They actually help when you travel long distances at night, they are very bright. They also look very cool, especially when you get a body that has headlight buckets specifically made for the lights.

I know that HPI is using buckets on a few of their newer touring car bodies. A Lotus Elise 2000 that I painted a couple years back had buckets and I know one of their 'Ghini bodies has them.

The headlight buckets are designed for realism for cars that have lights "under glass" to them, not specifically for LEDs, but the LEDs DO look more realistic in this type of installation.

I'm a big HPI fan and several of their bodies have them, including the Saleen S7, Ford GT, Lotus, Lambo Gallardo, and more...
