can anybody tell me the measurements of the rc 18t battery compartment I'm about to go lipo and i dont want to modify the chassis for a battery, oh and i dont have the truck till saturday so i can't do it myself:jason:

Its 1 1/8" by 4"

You could do ur battery like i did mine, and run a 3s.

If you're looking for the best fit in stock location, I ran this pack in mine and it fit very snug. It will also kept the center of gravity low in case you still care about handling.

That's a great deal! I just ordered one for myself to run on my -18r. It should scream. Thanks for the info.
