Okay I am planning on painting up my racing body for the season and I would like some help making color decisions. I am thinking of doing a Silver to Black. However I am unsure of how it will look.

So from people's experience are therr certain colors to stay away from when racing, Are they some colors harder to see then others, Would I have better luck using a florescent color for the nose. Or going with lighter colors all around.

Thanks.

Seems most people prefer lighter colors for their racing bodies. Makes it tons easier to see on the track. I think black/silver would be tough to see so you may want to either go a different direction or add some bright highlights to make it easy to spot on the track.

If you're going to race go with white or the bright colors like flo's. Silver is ok too. Save the black for outlining or for backing the inside of the body. Same goes for the wheels, white, yellow and orange for the wheels aid in visibility on track. Consider too if your track has lights, darker colored vehicles are very difficult to see on the track.
