Do they race Micro's (aka 1/36 scale)? I have the DT and a ST. The DT is an awesome jumper and all around little beat around truck. Though it's small, with the suspension, it gets around on rough terrain and carpet. Would be neat if there was a 1/36 race circuit other than just your stay at home.

They should though, it's a cheap class.

Indeed, a hopped up 1/36 scale would only come a little close to a cheap rtr 1/10 scale if not cheaper.
I guess one reason though would probably be that they don't make spectrum transmitter receivers for those kind of scaled cars and trucks unless it already came with it. That limits 4 to race at one time which wouldn't be too bad.
Personaly, the Losi DT would make a great starter. The handling on that thing is awesome for its size.

Not true. I have Spektrum in mine. It's the micro Rx. It's a $100 Rx but it fits.

I love this little truck. Chassis-wise, it's stock but all the electronics have been swapped out.

Freakin' sweet dude. Now there could be some hope if others could start trying to get a circuit started. I have seen some people make tracks for 1/36 scale basically out of a few sheets of plywood and some molding clay or fiber glass terrain. Snap them together to make a sensible size track.

Can you change the batteries?

Looks like you have a BL too. How fast does it go?

Oh yeah, batteries can still be changed. The battery goes in the bottom, although it's a major PITA in my opinion. I mean, who wants to take out two screws to change batteries. That's annoying. Not really sure of the speed. It's pretty darn quick in the house. If I take it out to my driveway it's not as much fun because of the scale. However, I've seen video of a micro with 3-cell Lipo and it's fast for even being outside with open space

ya i don't really like the way the battery goes in the botom...when mine gets here i think i'm going to do a custom CF chassis and make the battery come out the side..oh ya and i'll be extending the chassis 10mm too in order to give more chassis room and keep wheelys down....i got the idea off a guy on another forum..he did it and it is awsome lol

its a dt...ya i know your going to say that i won't find bodies that fit but the guy the did the write up got his stock body to fit on i and still look normal...i'm not sure how it works but it did for him so i'm hoping it does for me lol...i'm going to talk to him a lil more befor i do it though just to make sure..

I have a the 8750 brushless on 2cell lipo and mine doesn't pull the front wheels up at all, even on concrete. Now 3 cells... I don't know. it probably would.
