They're cute little buggers. A little to smelly for me(or maybe it was my ex-girlfriend's lack of cleanliness). A pet's a pet, though. Sorry 'bout the loss. Maybe it's time for a wiener dog. They're small, cute, and friendly. I think they live a little longer, too(Can ya tell I'm a sucker for these dogs)! Big blocks, Black Sabbath and Pantera, and wiener dogs!

I'm sorry you lost a carpet shark, they are the best pets in the universe. How can you not love a pet that can be litterbox trained, is smarter than a cat, sleeps 18 hours a day and when are awake are like little furry drunken rockets of energy? I don't care how bad a day you've had, you can't be cranky with a ferret to play with.
Was it old age or cancer? I had to put one of my ferrets to sleep about 2 months ago, kidney failure. His brother still seems to miss him.

Sorry for the loss man. I'm not allowed to have dogs or cats in my apt. but I've been seriously considering a ferret though. If I can keep the smell down that is, I think they kick ass.

Sorry to hear that your ferret passed on. On a lighter note though, I don't know how old this ferret was but I spoke with a Lady that had 6 of them. She had one that was 7 years old. She told me the longest average life Span of a ferret is 5 years. So I am sure how ever old this one was, it probably had a blast while she was around. I always wanted one myself but my allergies got in the way.
