The CD will be of lesser quality as the file is 2.4GB long; and I will have to optimize it to fit the CD (reduce it to 1/3 its size). The DVD is gonna cost you $5 for the cost of the disk (at least that is what I had to pay for the blanks $5/disk).

Consider them burned.

Is there a difference between a DVD disk and a CD? If not check with me because I get 100, 80 min cd's for $10.

Yes, there is a difference between the disks...there is no charge on the CD as I have a ton of those...the DVDs are just a bit more expensive to come by.
