I am currently looking for a good r/c magazine but dont have ANY clue which one would best suit me. Id be looking for mostly Monster truck articles and stuff like that. Maybe even some airplanes since them are the two I do the most. Is there any out there deicated to mainly nitor monster trucks? I've seen some airplane ones but they are all MEGA buck ones and not really for the average flyer. but anyway, if someone can point me in the right direction Id appriciate it. Thanks fellas.

There is a monster truck mag out there.
I believe its called radio controled monster trucks.

Thanks Ratzo!

What are some other magazines you guys are getting?

My keyboard wont stretch to the bathroom....lol

I get ALL my info here, (Which I thanks everyone for)(Youve got my out of some a few binds) just curious to see some other peoples R/c trucks, and some new products and products coming out.

well there you go 4u2nv, now you know what your next r/c related hopup is.

Laptop with a wireless modem.

I read all the r/c magazines, while waiting for my girlfriend in walmart, or at the mall, Barns and Noble is a good place cause they have Star Bucks and tables to sit at.

I've actually Thought about getting a wireless modem for the laptop, for the long trips up to the cabin (4 hours 1 way). But I havnt looked to deep into it and figured the wireless service would be nutszo.

I also don't buy magazines anymore, they only say good thinks about all the cars that pay to be in, never saw an advertisement that says, "this car is a piece of junk", r/c magazines are only good to follow race results.

I still buy magazines. I don't have one particular magazine I buy. I tend to look to see what each has to offer each month.

Its true about product reviews especially with regard to vehicles. The magazines seem to give almost all of them a positive review. I believe this to be a product of the short amount of time they take to review a vehicle and the nature of the hobby.

I still like mags to see what is new and coming out as well as some of the tips they have to offer.

Also I can take them with me to the park or places away from my computer...

Current Subscriptions in the order I like:

XTreme R.C. - The best right now!
RC Driver - The meat for the potatoes
RC Car Action - Need the annual buyers guide - good how to's
RC Nitro - Good tips and big pics

You dont want me to list non-rc related like Hustler right? lol

i subscribe to r/c driver they are pretty good always something new. for the july issue they have a t-maxx revamp project they are not stuck to one topic and can really keep you reading.

I can't find the Xtreme R.C. or the RC Driver magazines for some reason. got a link? i already get teh RC Car Action and RC Nitro.

later

I recieve: Rc CAr Action
Xtreme RC
RC Nitro
RC Driver
RC Car

Overall my Favorite is Xtreme RC and RC Driver. They each have special sections like Monster Trucks, Buggies, Reviews, Marine RC, Etc...

I sometimes pick up RC Monster Trucks, RC NItro, and occasionally RC Car Action. I fliped thew RC driver at someone elses house the other day, and it look really good. It also came with stickers this month. You have to like a magazine that comes with stickers. Hell I going to go buy an issue just for the stickers. Imagine how many more issues they would sell if they put free stickers every month on top of being a good magazine. Chick-Ching! Thank you very much.

XTreme R.C. is by far the most informative mag on the rack.
I have received every issue and still re-read them every so often. They offer real down to earth articles covering all aspects of the hobby. The chicks are hot as well.
