Basically it drops the input voltage down from 12v to 9.6v and 6v. The LM317Ts can handle a max current of 1.5A - of course you could use a LM338T (5A max) heh...
R2 and R4 have to be 240ohm resistors, while R1 = [(9.6*240 - 1.25)/1.25] = 1K8 resistor and R3 = [(6*240 - 1.25)/1.25] = 1K1 resistor.
I've marked '1A' on the PCB to note that the tracks are thick enough to handle a max of 1A safely. Also, the output current it defined by the input source
edit- slight mistake (yea I'm sleepy) and the pcb has been fixed (notice the board is a little too short on the right).
