Looks like it's one of those little plugs you get on some ESCs for 2 wire lights and stuff, IIRC the SCX24 has a 2s LiPo, so you should be able to charge it off any LiPo charger that support your normal 2s balance wire plug.

The standard balance connectors are JST-XH. The SCX24 battery has a JST-PH 2.0, which is different.
