Ha, I finally out-smarted Comcast

Here's a quicktime video of my 9.5 Violator going off a jump I built.
I had to host it as a .jpg, so:
right click the link
save as
once it's downloaded, either change the file to .mov (remove the .jpg) or just right click and go to 'open with' and choose quicktime.

PS, the clutch is messed, so it died when it hit the ground, then it hit part of a popcan sitting in the yard. :roll:

Any good recommendations on replacement clutch shoes for a basher? Sliding, stock plastic, alum? Thanks

hey man how you like your violator? i'm looking to get into 1/8 gas and am seriously looking at the violator. a couple q's on it, what is top speed? how is bashing with it? basically i'm mostly going to be doing basing so i dont mind if i can't go to the track and compete

Ummm ok so why did you have to out smart comcast I've seen guys do the hosting the vid from comcast before. Newayz why is it dying when it hits the ground. That says to me that the clutch is loose some how probably just bad springs.

He already said in th efirst post that his clutch was screwed. NNF you should read the post and not attack the video so fast!, lol.

cool video, i liked it, thats cool that you like the violater, i wish i had a buggy that ran lol, but the engine doesn't fit so i can't run mine yet, i have a mugen seiki mbx4 xr

You can use Comcast to set up a website (they give customers 25MB) using HTML or other website programs/languages, but I do not know those and do not have the time to figure it out now. I had to use their website builder to get my site up and running for now. I've been tryign to figure out how I can host movies for quite a while, I've got over 12.7GB of car movies (1:1's) that need sharing

I love my Violator, it's been great for bashing. Top speed isn't that impressive. R/C Driver tested it at 38mph. In a drag on the street, it's just a bit quicker than a friends T-Maxx 2.5 (almost all stock). If you plan on racing AT ALL, check with your local tracks, mine won't even let me run on the unlimited fun days (too wide). I would maybe suggest a 9.5RTR, but I went with the V because of the roto-start and hump pack.
