I purchased this to rebuild to stock. It has the pain in the butt phillips head screws. Rebuilt the truck and it starts and runs great and all eletronics work but the truck will not move. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Figure out where things spin and where they don't.

The older t-maxx (15, 2.5) had a clutch similar to the two speed that would slam it into forward/reverse, but you had to rev it up a bit to get it to kick in. Most people would remove reverse entirely and put in a forward only to avoid the slamming and lighten up the trans a good bit. It may be between forward/reverse, or you may not be reving it high enough to kick in.

Your slipper clutch might be slipping too much. First see if the clutch bell on the front of the engine is spinning when the engine revs. If not, you need to replace the shoes or the springs. If it is spinning it will then spin the spur gear which is also the slipper clutch. If it's spinning but there's no output movement at the end of the trans, it's a slipper clutch adjustment or rebuild. If the output of the trans is spinning you'll need to follow the driveline to see where the spinning stops. It could be a pin in a driveshaft or an axle.
