About to get a small light bar for my 1/10 slash vxl. On the description it says it can operate anywhere between 5v-8v. I'm not sure how much voltage the vxl 3s esc gives to the receiver(dumborc x6) on 3s but maybe I'm overthinking it and its not an issue. I know some esc’s can be programmed to change the voltage output for each receiver channel but I doubt the traxxas ones have that.

Traxxas ESCs have 0 program-ability so you can't change the BEC. Traxxas BEC is usually around 6v since their receivers and servos can only handle 6 or 6.6v. (I believe)

Yea the voltage is no issue, should be plug and play.
Alright sounds great thanks alot 👍🏻
