No, the Hyper cannot accept a hump pack (unless you mod the hell out of it, which isn't worth it).

You need to find yourself a 5-cell stick pack. If I can dig up a link for you, I'll come back and add it.

There are two different battery straps that can be used on the hyper, one for flat and one for hump packs. Look at the auction below, the strap above the receiver box is the one needed for hump packs.

If you bought it new Yes it can..
The PBS and the PCR come with both hold downs to except the stick or the hump packs.
