pullstart cranks, then doesn't ??? one-way issue?

Boy, do I feel stupid. I can't believe I overlooked that. Thanks for catching that, Candyman.
One more thing I would suggest, just in case anyone else overlooked it, is to clean the one way bearing and the shaft, as Candyman reminded me of.
