Can't wait to see it, are you going to add a driver?
I am if I can find one that fits. I've used the tamiya driver figure on vanquish vs4-10 builds, so I will see if that fits first.

Now I just gotta figure out which rig to put it on... I intended it go go on the scx10 pro, but the i went hog wild and got a Jconcepts Anvil body, comp bed, sliders, and a few other things to go with it. I may see if it will fit on my TRX4

You think the box is big enough?🤣

It's really frustrating... Proline put all that detail in this body and cage and then put the seats almost to the top of the door. It makes a 1/10 driver figure's head go up to the roof. I'm thinking I'll have to measure and cut the lexan seat and try to get the figure lower. Pretty dumb! Thanks for nothing Proline Racing!

How is the cage supposed to mount to the body? Is it possible to add a small tube to the base of the roll cage to extend its height without making the mod obvious?
Dremel the back of the driver?
Not sure if you can heat and gently push the driver down into the seat.

Extending the cage up wouldn't work, as it would mess with the windshield that attaches. The seat is just way to high. I think my only option may be to just cut the bottom of the seat so the driver can be about 1/2 inch lower

Yeah. I see in the pic on closer look how that would be a pain to make work if at all.
Maybe your driver has a flat top??? 🤔👍

Maybe I'll try cutting the bottom of the figure off. I just don't want it to look like someone got cut in half and is just there from the waist up.🤣

That would be funny. I took a dremel to the underside. It didn't do much, but enough to pass it off as a tall guy driving... I just really don't want to hack the body, so itnwill do. I'll post some pics once I get time to do it up.

I'm picturing your driver all flattened out on the seat like a seat cover wearing a hat. 🤣
