so i tried hard to remove all the paint and gave up after a long faught battle and said the hell with it and painted over it. Gonna run it till it falls off now

I'm pretty sure Greywolf just wrote a thread on removing paint, but I haven't read it yet.
 
yeah I put up a thread on removing paint with dot 4 brake fluid and put a link to the video that taught me about it but I've had mixed success with it. It is one of the easiest ways I've seen to get lexan paint off....everything else that I tried or read about either eats the body or doesn't remove the paint very well.
 
yup the old dot 4 trick didnt do it for me. 3 days on and off whipping it done a was still in tact and hard as a rock. It was all orange, the brake fliud took off what u see but would not touch whats still there. Oh well, Backyard beater now
