On the 4th tank of fuel (I heat cycled it on the 1st tank) she started to really wake up and wheelies where diffacult to avoid. Same on the 5th tank, but on the 6th tank no wheelies at all(my stock Revo was pulling wheelies, one after the other!). I use a temp gauge, moniter the smoke out of the exhaust and how it sounds. I run Phantom 20%, w/ a motor saver(1st tank was w/ stock air filter) and max temp never has exceeded 270(average was 245-260). I gauge it's power by it's ability to do wheelies on demand. I've adjusted the LSN about 1/16 th, and checked for smoke and acceleration from a dead stop. The HSN was adjusted for max lean w/ temp under 270 and maximum acceleration.
I seem to be having a hard time getting it sett up right. Any advise? am I doing something wrong?
Any help would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks

It sounds like you rushed the break in period just a little. I hope you haven't damaged it.
Just so you know where to start, factory settings are:
HSN 4.5 out from closed.
LSN 3 turns out from closed.
I hope you didn't mess with the brass MRN.
Reset it to those settings, then start to lean the needles from there.

I'm currently breaking in a .46 Truckzilla conversion on a guy's Savage, and just finished the 9th tank today, tweaking it just a hair on each tank. Tomorrow it gets it's final tuning for performance.
Proper break-in is very important for a long living, dependable engine.

When it comes to adjusting the needles, the LSN by the throttle linkage is for bottom end, or wheelie power. Try leaning it a little at a time. If performance isn't getting better as far as the 'hole shot', try richening it. When you get it to take off good, let it sit and idle till the temp stablizes. Too lean can cause an overheat.
When that's all good, that's when you adjust your HSN for WOT.

Roger that.
I only adjusted the HSN and the LSN, nothing else. I will make changes as advised and let you know how it works. Thanks for the help.
