I need help with a HPI Mini trophy, when I pull the throttle trigger it goes in the opposite direction(When I pull it it goes backward and when i push it it goes forward) The battery is installed the right ways and I didn't switch anything on the remote. It was working correctly a few days ago. How do I fix this?

Move the channel 2 switch on the remote to the other position. It's the only thing that would cause this, other than hooking the motor up backwards. Reversed battery polarity wouldn't cause this; it would cause smoke.:) Move the switch with the cars wheels in the air. You'll most likely have to make trim adjustments to get it back to neutral.

Thanks for the help it works perfect now, One more question, did I need to grease the diffs before running, I hear it running kind of rough

Address problems like this immediately. I'd clean it, re-grease it and and make sure it needs no shimming. Since your going to tear it apart(I assume), read up on shimming. Adding shims when they're not needed is just as bad as running a sloppy diff. You could probably get away with a cleaning and greasing.
