Problem of ESC speed

Hello, hope you are well. I am building an RC excavator using my 3D printer. I bought myself this ESC (and there are no instruction manuals) and this is where I have a problem. When I press on my joysticks the motor goes at a pretty fast speed anyway but when I press the other way the motor has difficulty and it really does not go at the same speed. What should I do to fix the problem. Thank you for helping me.

You need to set the reverse speed at 100%. Most ESCs come defaulted to 25% to 50%. That is of course assuming that this very low budget ESC is even programmable beyond what you can change with the jumpers. I'm assuming that it isnt that programmable but I could be wrong. Hard to know without a manual.

R is set to 50% and I could not find a valid manual some pdf but I would not trust

Some ESCs have 50% reverse as maximum...
