All setups are different depending on your driving style and the track you will be racing on. Your owners manual will give you the best all around setup to get started. You can find setup sheets from some of the top racers at the factory's websites but that doesn't mean they will work for you.
Nothing beats hands on experience and knowledge of your RC. Go to the track you will be racing at and talk to the other drivers and see what tires they use and get some general tips for the track you will be racing at.

What R.C. is it for?
If its for an on-road I would STRONGLY suggest the XXX-Main on-road tuning/tweak/setup guide. Its AWESOME! You can also apply all the fundamentals learned in that book to most all other R.C.'s as well (ones with 4 wheels)
