great article and there's another very important tuning option not covered in the article which is wing position where I have found it best to mount the wing as far forward as possible so the downforce is applied over the rear axles. The wing position is a far more drastic change than drilling holes. It can make a drastic difference if you place the wing too far back on the mount it can cause the car to do wheelies which loses grip!
