It's a Turbo Optima Gold. Comes with the gold anodized shocks and other chassis components along with front and rear stabilizers (sway bars). It's the exact same car as my Kyosho Javelin with the gold bling added, the stabilizers, and lexan body instead of the cage. Oh, and different wheels and tires
With that particular one they removed the roll bar to put the ESC there.
