I’m looking at maybe buying this buggy but I’d like to know what model designation it is, your collective knowledge is appreciated. Thanks fellas.

B74.1D with .2 battery strap. Carbon fiber side guards and chassis braces/stiffeners. That's what I see. Having a hard time looking around the gearboxes, if the bulkheads that the shock tower mounts too, if they are aluminum it's a B74 or B74.1. if it's plastic and are integrated in the actual diff case it's a B74.2.

Actually might be B74 bc of the CF brace on the steering rack. The B74 included that in the kit. On the .1 it was a option part I believe. Same as the lower chassis braces/stiffeners.

Edit: it's either a B74 or B74.1D. looking closer it has aluminum bulkheads and the older style ball cups. The only way on how to truly know is how tall the shock towers are. But generally it's either one of those 2 models. Parts between both are mostly cross compatible and interchangeable.

How do I know? I have a B74.1D myself. I know my car pretty well. At least I think I do. 😂

What DavidB1126 said. Either a B74 or B74.1.

I can say for sure it’s not a B74.2 even if the battery strap is from that buggy.

The motor is installed incorrectly, the wires should not point upward like that because the body is close to the motor there.

Might be worth it if you’re getting it dirt cheap. But there are used B74.2s on the market already and shops are clearing B74.2 kits from their inventory so a model even older than that should really reflect that in the price.
