 That is really cool...I remember the days when the kids were little we would skip a house payment to insure SANTA came in style.

Good on you man, its about the kids anyhow.....well its about jesus, but that is a different thread. ;)

Merry Christmas to you and yours....hug the kids.

I have had a wonderful day.
The biggest gift I got was that I got to wake up Christmas morning with my daughters in the house. In the 5 years since my divorce, my ex had insisted on having them. But this year, it all changed and I got to watch them dive in all morning.
The rest is just icing.
My 2 big gifts are:
A Fossil Bentley. This thing is gorgeous. Did I tell you guys I have a watch fetish?
FS4157.jpg

And a Perfect Flame grill with 3 burners, a rotisserie burner and side burner. I'm going to give Zandor a run for his money this summer!

I also got a few Xbox games, a nice new Syracuse University jacket and a few other nice things from my girls. All in all a perfect Christmas.

Wooo hoooo! The Jolly Fat Man hooked me up! Man, I am so WHACK!

From Santa:
- FastEddy's "exclusive" Upgrade Pit Man! Now, I'll look like a pro at the track (right up to when I put my rig on the ground!)
- "Pirates of the Caribbean-Dead Man's Chest" (That Johnny Depp is just dreamy!"
- A very, very cool stadium blanket that has a picture of my two kids "woven" into it. It's not a picture sewed on, but is comprised of the threads they used.

From my Son:
- A sweet new baseball hat (I always wear a hat, except at work) that features his original art. Truly a one-of-a-kind!

From my Daughter:
- A rubber chicken (hey, she's four and used her own money!"

From my Wife:
- A very nice new shirt.
- A Butterfinger candy bar the size of Rhode Island!

From my Parents:
- A new bottle of Gorilla glue (good poop, man!)
- A winning lottery ticket! ($20.00, only one in the family to win!)
- A slick pair of mechanic's gloves. They have huge magnets on the top to hold screws and such!

From my Brother:
- $100.00 cash with a note reading, "To be used on RC's ONLY!" Oh, don't twist my arm, man!

Best part. though? Watching my kids dive in and having a great time and the look on my wife's face when I gave her a years worth of maid services at the house! My parents gave my son a RC hover craft. Too bad he hasn't had a chance to play with it, yet (I grabbed it and immediately drained the first pack, claiming I needed to "test it".) My brother gave him this very, very cool R2D2 robot that responds to voice commands. I'm not sure who's had more fun with it, my boy or me?

Glad to see everyone's having a super day! Konz, you may think that RC car is useless and pathetic, but anything that can carry a beer for you is worth it's weight in gold!

Now were off to the in laws!

We went pretty low key this year. I got my wife a bunch of DVD's, clothes, couple bottles of perfume, bathroom mirror thing...

I got a NE BB kit for my revo. I didn't realize I had to buy their header, so now I'm stuck with a dead revo with a 21 in it begging to be beaten. Oh, and I got a few DVD's and some drill bits.

I have a trinity pipe bid war on ebay to get the revo up and rolling again... Kind of bumbed as I planned on bashing this week since I have it off. Guess not.

I got
a black cardigan
a nice shirt
a Nice sweater
and a lens hood for my Digital rebel

oh, and Santa and the postman got me this 2 days early.

But the best part was seeing my nephew when he opened my present. I got him a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles MECH robot, and apparently it was the exact one he wanted.
We couldn't get him to bed without it. It's just priceless.

Giving is good, but receiving is still marginally better.

Man that's freakin hillarious!! not even giving your kid a chance to play with it first. haha. you are very wise in saying "anything that can carry a beer for you is worth it's weight in gold." I will now just call the car the golden beer car.
