How did you brake the front shock mount?

The screws, which hold the shocks were screwed too tight at Traxxas and once when I was drying my Revo from snow, I noticed that the front shock tower was broken. :headscratch: I've ordered ST Racing Concepts' silver anodized aluminium axle carriers from AMainHobbies, but they aren't here yet, because Finland is so far away from U.S. :( When those parts arrive I order some more parts :)

Pro-Line Big Joes should be on their way, even my local RC store guy said that they can't find any in Finland, and then they check from Sweden, there wasn't any either, so it's going to take quite long, but at least I have time to order wheels and some other upgrades! ;)
Hope you enjoyed the pics! :D

Hi all, been suckered in by this great hobby now for over a year and just can't stop... Here is a small evolution of it over the past 12 months.

Here it is pretty well much stock apart from the roll cage, the crappy RD lodgic pipe and crappy aluminium a-arms... It was a steep learning curve.

Here it is still a stock mill but back to the stock pipe and with Axials wheels with pro-line rubber and some RMP A arms. Its getting better.

Now today, it has a BB droped in it (its a Axial .28RR, yes yes I know its a Axial but the price was right and so far its been perfect for bashing) Buku pipe and clutch, engine saver air filter and one kick ass home made roll cage!

Still plenty of things to do to the beast but thats the nature of this game... isn't it!:D

like those wheels!!!!

I did a little write up on another forum (TRAXXAS) but there really isn't much to it! I just got some mild steel rod from the local hardware store and spent a little time in my shed bending and welding it together. Its all been done free hand and by eye so it isn't a engineering master piece, but I must say it is a work of art! The panels are made with some thin aluminium sheets so there light and durable... and after a few bashes it should really ad to that bashed effect with some dings!

does anyone know what if there are any offset wheels that would look good with proline big joe tires? like a 40 series off set? 1/2 offset is what I'm looking for..

Have ya had a look at SPI racing wheels? Not sure if the 40's will fit though??
