Whats holding the wheels on? I see the 17mm hex, but no wheel nut??? What kind of rims are those?

The wheel nut is the chrome looking nut just fancier

Maddmike is right. The wheel nut is chrome. It's the Hot Racing wheel nut de-anodized and polished.
