Don't be fooled thinking that the oval will be boring. It is very challenging since it's a "Tri-Oval." I had fun on it and if there's enough people on it, it can prove to be a good time.

We'll figure it out.
I for one think that having a regular practice day will be fine. I did talk to him about having the place for us only, but now that I think about it practice day is fine.

The only thing that you said Diver that wont work is running off the track.
They don't allow it at all. (insurance reasons).

The oval might not be available with the dirt track open cause of freq conflicts.
I'll get all the info to be sure.

ratzo we ran off the track for 4 weeks straight... no one had a problem with it.. was like 8-10 guys out there just bashing around..... hmm they might of changed it then.... who know's..

They must have.
Everytime I went to trax 70, they made an announcement that there was no running off the track.

????
Maybe they changed it?

Andy. If you can make it, you set up with me.
Sweet! Thanks man! I've only been to like 3 states (all surrounding Mn. and look exactly the same) so this would be a good excuse to see the east coast a lil bit! But yeah, lemme know when it gets closer and theres a exact date and Ill do my best to leave it open and to try to make it. Again it would be awesome to meet alot of ya!

i know you can't run off the track when a race is being held.. but practice an bashin you can.

i would destroy my ntc3 on an oval :P 18tz + 5 year old dry slicks = huge 1/4 parking lot skidding stops :P

Ratzo, when we were there for the last warm weekends of open practice, we were allowed. As long as we checked frequencies or were running DSM, they were fine with it. Basically a "run at your own risk" deal'

Arrow, foams will get eaten alive on that oval. I threw my car on there with fresh foams(uncut) and they were reduced to dimes. Rubber tires or Cap tires are the norm on that surface.

Either way the decision falls, count me in as long as I'm available.
