ok so I'm thinking that my revo might be leaking from the throttle slide part , well where the lsn is, everytime i run it , there's a liquid build up on that part and going down the base of the engine, any ideas how to check ?

I have the same question. Different motor but same idea. Just noticed it a few minutes ago!

Are you sure it isn't coming out of the carb neck or the LSN itself?

The composite carb body is prone to wear though. Over time I could see it leaking is almost a guarantee.

i had the same problem but it wasent coming from the carb it was coming header
gasket was cracked and was blowing back on the engine . but looked like it was leaking from carb. don't know if its same but something to check.

i had somethang close to that mine was leaking from the carb neck but went and bought new gaskets for the carb neck and it stoped it

Let it run while you watch it. Is it thin, like new fuel, or is it thick, dark and oily like exhaust residue.
If you think it's fuel, new gaskets and O-rings would take care of it.

I'm pretty sure its around the lsn , everytime i run it seems to be comeing out from there, but I'm not getting any over heats or dying out , so it can't be that bad of a problem , but i still want to fix it, but I'm going to do what rolex said and start it then watch it while i drink a beer ( to pass the time ,hehe)and see what gives , i will post back later on this week about it. thanks for the advice guys.

Prop the nose against something and blip the throttle from time to time just to bring up the revs and it's need for fuel. Clean it good so you can see what's new, and where it's coming from.
You must also make ABSOLUTELY sure that there isn't a leak in your beer mug.

trust me there will never be a leak in my mug , i go straight from the bottle, i just gotta make sure i dont drop it (again)

Herd of a this a while ago.

Run the engine and spray the area of a possible leak with WD-40, If there is a leak then the engine will rev up.

Never done this myself so I dont know how well or even if it will work.
I would just seal the carb with the silicon gasket stuff just because it couldnt hurt and you will be sure that the carb isnt leaking.

do you got a nam brand for some , or can i take a product from the automobile department that is good for sealing stuff in high temps?

I use the Red, high temp. Made by Permatex (i think), and yes you would find it in the automotive deparment.
