I'm not one to be impressed easily but I’ve been running all summer long with 2 people running the Losi 8ight 3.0 with the smart diffs converted to electric. They are mainly running 4S and sometimes 6S on a very rough track, and running them hard with 0 issues with the diffs.
I've also only seen 1 blown stock diff in a Losi 8ight 2.0 all summer and that was due to bad diff bearings that should have been changed.
Performance wise it would be hard for me to compare the stock and smart diffs because the 3.0 handles better than the 2.0 but as far as durability I am impressed with what I have seen them put through this season.
