Please help me post vids

I tried to upload a video from my comp. using the attachment and I got this message: Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

When I clicked on the link to inform admin. I wrote a message but it also had an error when I tried to send it. The video is quick time.

I don't think QT is a supported file type for the attachment. Videos usually need to be uploaded to someplace like you tube then insert a link to it in your post.
