Welcome in @tunc_rc , both are cool looking cars but honestly I know nothing about JLB but I would research it and make sure they have plenty of available parts because rest assured "they WILL break". Have fun with what ever your choice is....

Best you look on youtube the jbl racing cheetah v3 is so so and on watching afew video on there they say its so fast its un controllable as i was thinking about getting 1 myself ,

Welcome to the forum first of all, secondly, cheetah hands down. There's some cheapouts on it but besides that, it's great.
