gonna grab a kit at BTC, from past experience teamknk offers vrd carbon kits for 300, so I'm picking one of them up then going to try to find the parts for the rest of the build while on site. i may have to switch brands on a lot of the parts, this is just the what I'm on the heavy lookoout for parts list that I'm open to suggestions on,

the terrain i typically crawl in tends to be loose dirt, leaf debris, roots and rocks,

shew this vanquish stuff adds up SO quick... i might as well grab an origin at this point lolol, things are geting out of hand.
vanquish is one of those companies with its own ecosystem of parts. gotta be this part or that part, theese wheels will ONLY work with theese hubs, additional 60 bucks if you want to put wheels on??? like cmon bro wtf milkin me for all my monies!

Yeah, Vanquish is great quality, but you sure do pay out the hind end for it. The wheels are spendy, and the dont come with hubs, so you have to buy them seperate. For my H10 Optic, I got Vanquish wheels, bought the hubs, and then another $40 for different color beadlock rings.

I love my Vanquish kits but the cost of their parts and upgrades is so hard to justify.

Also, FYI, you do not HAVE to run Vanquish wheels on their kits. Injora and all the other brands fit just fine. They fit even finer if you grind the hexes just a smidge to remove the material that makes them "proprietary". I have before/after pics somewhere deep in the depths of my phone...let me try to dig them out.

I run LGRP wheels on my VRD with shaved hexes and I ran Injora wheels on my Optic without any modifications to the hexes.

Forgot to add: Don't tell anyone, but you can run Injora hubs on Vanquish wheels. You can get 3 complete sets of different offset Injora hubs for the price of one set of Vanquish.
