Uh....I think he pretty much sucked at flying VFR if he couldn't see the 50-story building in front of him....
 
He should not have even been in that area. That is restricted air space.
 
It was flown by Yankee pitcher Cory Lidle!!! He has been pronounced dead. He was said to be flying home after this past season.
 
Yep, a yankee relief pitcher Corey Lidell was flying the plane, and was killed, along with another passenger in the plane and two people in there apartment were also killed. I am very glad to see it was not a terrorist attack! You never know when your number is up, one minute you're sitting on your couch watching tv and you can be gone the next minute.
