I'm just wondering...I have a new Ofna Hyper 7. The pipe that comes with the thing has no flange, so it doesn't stay on the rubber grommet. Do you guys know of any way to get the grommet to stay on the pipe? and yes I use zipties.

Worm drive clamps, also known as heater hose clamps or water hose clamps.
Available in any size you need at your local hardware store. The auto store has them also, but might not have the smaller sizes.

You could also use a screwdrier to bend the lip out to give it something to grab on to. Otherwise a small hoseclamp from the autostore will give good clamping power over zip ties.

I've used the flare technique that Diver6127 mentioned and it worked just fine. You can also scuff up the surface to give it a little more grip with the grommet.
