So will this be an addition to the existing skids or a 1 piece? I am rebuilding one actually two. One for bashing and one for a lower profile. Looking good.

Add to existing. Working with my sheet metal guy to get this goin tomorrow.

So... um... what are you going to charge me for shipping on that? ;)

Looks really good. How thick is that? I see you didn't create a little lip to cover the bottom of the two speed gears like that other guy did.

I've bent my two speed shaft on mine... not really sure how, but it was bent pretty good. So much so that it rattled out my CB screw and then it bounced around in the spur cover and chewed the snot out of the CB and gears. I bent it back and it's been fine. Needed to replace the spurs though. That may have bent it more running that bolt between the spur/CB a few times.

Sorry... kind of spun off on a tangent there...

Does look really good though.

Some more progress tonight. I put points of fasten at areas most critically stressed. Too bad its snowing and cold as heck outside. I need to do some serious testing!

You did a nice job on that! I suck at counter sinking screws... I haven't bought a bit for doing it right yet. Do they make a metal counter sink bit? I have a crappy one intended for wood...

Shot you a PM with those vids.

Nice work man!!! That looks great. I can't wait to see how it fares under some serious abuse!
