Picco WP3 .26 Very high idle can't get it to idle normal.

So I had this engine for a while just bought a new crank for it. The sleeve has a good pinch and has lots of compression. Does not appear to have any carb leaks. When I first started it the idle was a bit high so I began to tune it so the idle would go down. I started off at 1\8 turns and it never got better wich ever way I turn the lsn. Does anyone know what the factory settings are for this engine. Any info greatly appreciated.Thanks Oh its in my XTM Mammoth ST with a skyline racing development pipe.

jsut covering bases, you are sure the throttle trim is bringing the carb slide up against the idle stop screw? not holding it open? idle gap between 1mm and .5mm? and for trying to tune the idle down, you were making the LSN richer correct?
as far as factory settings, i did find this dont know if this will help
