Paypal shipping down?

Anyone have trouble printing a shipping label via paypal lately? I had to void a $15 label on friday because it wouldnt print and another one today. It opens the print page but then fails to load it, I tried it on Chrome and Firefox and same results both places...

Well heres an update, STILL not able to print the label via paypal or usps while in Chrome and Firefox, but IE works....which sucks cuz I hate IE.

I once had to either order or update a Microsoft program, and I had to reinstall IE since I was forced to. It even said, IE ONLY.

Its worked fine for me until a few days ago on FF and chrome, I use it atleast once a week, not sure what changed to make it stop...
