with Black Light

how i did it.. i still used parma paint.. got a load of it a while back and more than enough to mix coustom colors and all, the fasperal purpal i decided to try out, a nice thing with parma paint is it takes a good 24-48 hurs to cure, aka bond to the lexan, scrapes off very easily till this point..

so i did 3 coats of the fappearl purpal.. let it dry 2 hours, then took a wooden match stick to etch the design into the dry to touch paint, and removed it to make various lines in it.. looks as if the cars has a very very bad key job, like i said i was toying around... once i did the key job i used some flourcent yellow on it.. i let it dry and decided it was still too bright for my linkings.. i want it to look like a bug going thru the jungle... so i backed it with black patrica.. oil based to make it water proof, this in effect made it a deep grape purpal shade.. and turned the bright yellow into a real nice lime green.. looks like it is bleeding from getting scratched up.. i tinted the windows with pactrica candy blue

Looks pretty unique.... Now what the hell kinda bug is sittin on your lid????? Hairy little bastard......:wtf:

a big ol harry spider trying to munch on the bug.. :flamer:

windows tinted in candy purpal, it is white parma, dryed to touch (i actually let it sit a tad to long, keep idea of 1-2hr like on beetle body next time, scored the paint with a stick pin to make a hatched look to the paint like it is cracking. then painted with gold matilic candy blue mix (custom blend experimenting for firetruck body, wan tto mak ecandy green gold metalic) then backed in grey primer look oil base to waterproof the water based white paint...
