paint coming out clear?

i am painting a Cadillac Escalde body with XXX interior deals. well i sprayed my paint coat, flurecent orange. and i let that dry and i went to back it with Pearl White and it comes out clear. its Pactra Pearl White RC276. no matter what i spray it on, it comes out clear. i have used this color before and had no problems. i have been shaking the thing for like 15 minutes now and still nothing. it sounds like there is stuff in there, but who knows. anyone have any ideas?

sounds to me like theres no color but just everything else.this also makes me think that its a pearl so iut would have the glitter thingies to it. if it dosent have that then dont bother spraying anymore just buy a new one

i found another can of Pactra Sprint white so i will just use that. yes its coming out clear with glitter in it. i used this same color before with no problems... so who knows.

I've used the pearl, and it comes out pearl. I think there might have been a label problem at the factory, and it's a pearl label on a bottle of clear.
