Will I peaked charged my 4500 MaH and my 3800 MaH packs with my Piranha Digital Peak charger. I put them into my starter box and they lost power by quickly. I used some 1800 MaH's before them and they seemed to last longer. What's the problem?

The 4500 MaH one is a Team Orion Stick and the other one is a Tenergy 3800 MaH Stick.

Have you discharged them completely and then re charged them a few times without using them in between? If not, I would run them through som cycles and see what happens. Were the 1800s that you used in the same starter box with the same vehicle and engine? A difference in compression could make a lot of difference in how long they last.

I guess I need to run some cycles. I still need to make a discharger (I found a guide online). But yeah, I also changed the piston, so that can also cause it. I'll go ahead and see what happens after the cycles. Could it also be the motors in the box? I fully charged the batteries and when I pressed down on the starter box button, the motors seemed a bit slower than usual.

Those Tenergy Cells are absolute JUNK!! My buddy has like 8 of their packs and they all died completely in a couple of months. We only use them like every weekend if we are lucky. Then I bought 2 of their 7cells for my Slash and both were shot as well right out of the store. Luckily my LHS is awesome and they took care of me and gave me a 4500 MAH Orion for $7.50 more than the Tenergy 3800mah.
The Owner told me he has a lot of problems with their packs...

I think different batteries will produce different amount of current which could produce slight variable in motor speed, but I wouldn't think it would be much. I'm thinking that changing your piston probably has more to do with it anyway. When my Savage was new, it had so much compression that I had to crack the glow plug open to start the engine, because the rotostart wouldn't even turn over. I would cycle the batteries a few times, and then stick with them until after the engine has had a good bit of fuel run through it. It takes a lot longer than the break in process to fully break in an engine.

You may have a bad cell in the pack.

I had a bad cell one time. There was all kinds of dirty writing on the walls, and my cell mate kept farting a lot.

Haha yeah right.

Anyways, turns out it was the motors. I was trying to start my motor and all of a sudden it just stopped. So I flipped it around and next thing I know, smoke is coming out of the motors. Wow, so I need to go buy some new motors. Maybe some Titans will get the job done? Maybe even better. BRUSHLESS?!

Edit: I think a brush flew out too.
