i dont know what screw to adjust on the stock rc10gt motor to make it stop overheating and i also can't make it idle... i neeeed HHHHHHEEEEELLLLLPPPP!!!!

Both you LSN and HSN can cause overheating problems. A good place to start is back at the factory settings on all needles as well as your idle adjustment screw.

ok sound good but i can't reach the LSN W/O takin the engine out.. but i guess if i need to i will or maybe i can take the gas tnak out... how do i kno how many turns to go out cuz i dont kno how to mesure in MM??? also how do i make it idle???

There is no measuring in mm's. "Turns out" means how many times you turn the adjustment screw one full turn (360 degrees). If you can't reach the LSN start with the HSN. If that cures your problem, forget the rest.

If it seems like you are doing the right things and it is still running hot. You might want to check your fuel hose for air leaks or your needle valve gaskets for air leaks. My friend was having a problem where no matter what he did the car seemed to run too hot. Turned out he had a bad gasket and it would eventually pull too much air into the mixture.

Another thing (might be obvious) is perhaps try a different batch of fuel. Onetime I had a batch that was marked in the 12% range for oil content and my car kept running hot... I bought a new bottle of the same stuff and it ran fine. The only thing I can figure is that they made a mistake marking the one bottle OR they made a mistake in the mix at the plant.

Good luck....
