This seems dead and the Addy is a house in Jupiter FL. That appears to have a mowed track.

A youtube channel also popped up. Mapquest states it was founded through frustration from lack of support from others. Something like tgst. I check too many times. The air smells funny.

Yeah-I found similar stuff.. Was hoping they were around, and operational, just don’t stay up on social media.. Likely long gone.. Their site is still up, and seems possibly active though-hence the inquiry, and small glimmer of hope lol..😅🤷🏻‍♂️

I've heard of them before, but it's been a long time ago.

I see they have a phone number listed, might be worth giving them a call just to make sure. The site looks a bit dated and the info from @Chubaka might give someone pause.

It does NOT say “backordered” when I add it to my cart, so with that, and getting a voicemail saying it’s OverdriveRC, has my hopes up at least a little..

Oh I agree! Buuuuuuuuut-I’d think a VM memo of any kind (machine, or carrier) would be kaput by now if they’re no longer around..😅

Running the site through Scam Advisor, it looks "ok". The fact that they take PayPal is a big plus for me. I'd give it a shot. I am certain I have heard of them, and may have even bought from them. I'm thinking off ebay.

Yessir-that’s how I read it, and intended from the word go tbh.. I usually can’t stand PP, but in a situation like this, it’s a no brainer… And I likely wouldn’t need to wait the “standard” 30 days to request that my money be refunded if I don’t hear anything back, or receive my part… Based on all the recon, and super-sleuthing results from those in this thread, as well as myself lol..🫣🤣

It's probably just some poor old guy that got put out of business by Traxxas, and is now working out of his home 😜

I have found a couple websites that have an "off" feel to them.
If I even THINK a weirdness vibe is happening I'm out...
Excepting the ultra rare or the China or nothing sites.
Then its paypal or no sale, period.

Ok but did you actually get a shipment sent or did they botch the "shipping unavail to your area"?
I was doubling down on the paypal thing for shady sites, which this seems to be???
If it helps at all, in all 3 cases, I got my parts as I had ordered them. No scam on the front side.
I got shady phishing emails afterwards though, no eay to prove connection to sale but timing...
The paypal barrier seems necessary in these cases, to me anyways.

Never made it past “shipping info” on the site, and screenshot it to show everyone they’ve likely gone out of business during the last 14yrs lol..
