yeah - it takes about half a gollon to break in! lol. U didnt get a pull start did u? also, due to the tapered piston sleeve, on occasion when it shuts off, the piston will stop at TDC. When the engine cools, and shrinks, the piston fuses itself to the sleeve and will not move. This problem goes away as the engine is broken in, but to alleviate it in the meantime, if it happens, just warm the engine up with a hairdryer or equivilent before starting it. Also, the needles are VERY touchy, I had a problem with flame out, and couldnt figure it out, until i realized that 1/32 of a turn on that needle is HUGE, and made a monster difference, so be precise, as the engine is too. Ask kwong2001 some more, as i think he has the exact engine you just got.
