No, they bump start only.
You need the O.S 21TM, it will work with the EZ-Start and stock engine mount.

Although it's only about 1/2 the power of a V-Spec. But the 21TM is really all you need in a Revo. With a 21TM and a good pipe (I ran a THS in mine) You can really get that thing movin'. I run a V-Spec in my Truggy and Buggy and Dayum! It's a rocket.

i had a .18TM in a revo and it was badass, I'm sure the .21TM is more then enough , and i have a TM523 with mount for a revo up for grabs

Is the .21 v spec a drop in motor and can i put a pull start on it. I would like to put a .26 max on it but i want more control of the car. Also what about the picco .21?

V-specs are bump-start only. They are WAY too much engine for a Revo.
A well tuned 18TM or TZ, 21TM with a THS pipe is all you need.
I had to back off my slipper a lot to keep from stripping tranny gears.
