OS .18 Stalling!

I can't get the tune right on my OS 18 cv-r. It always stalls after at least 1/2 tank. Then after that it doesn't want to start. I dont know the starting positions of the lsn and hsn. If anybody can help that would be great!

What temps are you running at when it stalls? It sounds like you may be running too lean and over heating the mill causing it to flame out. This would also explain why it does not want to restart once it dies.

Take the engine out and seal it with high temp rtv sealant. Then reset your needles to stock and retune. It sounds like an air leak to me and sealing it should help.

I have one of those engines, and I have to clean the carb out quite often. Try that.
